Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
First cooked chicken in a little fat free italian dressing in the crockpot then used fat free cream cheese and low fat cream of mushroom soup and added some baby portabella mushrooms. Finished with a dollop of sour cream. Yummy but very rich. Served over egg noodles.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
Really good! I used trader joes spicy bbq sauce and fat-free italian dressing. I put it in the crockpot for 6 hours on low. I added slightly more sauce than called for. Really really delicious!

Zucchini Patties
I used an italian cheese blend instead of the mozzarella and Parmesan separate. I also added onion powder, instead of onion (cause I had none), garlic powder, and some black pepper. I used italian style bread crumbs and it turned out really well!
