Cheese Ravioli with Fresh Tomato and Artichoke Sauce
I love this gravy (as it is called here in South Philly!) I did tweek it a little. Instead of green onion, I used shallots. I also added a few anchovies in with the oil, garlic and onion that way there they literally melt. I also added a few chopped black olives, 2 bay leaves and fresh oregano and basil. YUMMY!!! No cheese was added to mine. It tasted liked an authentic Italian gravy!
