Oh i'm just your unusual 25 year old Data Engineer who recently decided to take up Baking and a bit of cooking to entertain himself. So far i mostly enjoy Brunch and dessert baking/cooking. Yea... not really much cooking in my family traditions. My mother only ever made a handful of things and my father was a wiz with the BBQ, but still not a huge number of different things (not that I minded because what he made was very tasty.) It's really hard to say. I have been complimented on a few of the things I have made. But is that my triumph? Or the triumph of the person who designed the recipe I used? Though I suppose I’m most proud of my Angel Food Cake. I tried hand mixing one of my Angel Food Cakes... haha, boy did that not work out. The damn thing wouldn't rise. And when i finally gave up and took it out of the oven it was still liquid on the inside.
