Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops
I was pretty disappointed in this recipe. But to the recipe's defense, I had my 17 yr old. make the sauce. Maybe she measured incorrectly? The sauce was watery and sugary. I added garlic powder, pepper flakes and regular pepper and it boosted the flavor a bit. I will try this again, this time all on my own!

Hamburger Soup
Okay, I don't like tomato based soups, never have. But my husband requested tomato mac soup. I made this recipe almost word for word (I added a few spices from the cupboard) and it was FABULOUS! I made whole wheat macaroni on the side for those who like it that way. Definitely a keeper! Thank you.

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
Really, really good! I used fat free cottage cheese and fat free sour cream. The prep time took me so long (I forgot to buy red enchilada sauce & had to make it) that I didn't serve any sides with this. Yummy, yummy. Will make again for sure.
