This pie is really yummy, and I got rave reviews and a clean plate when I took it to a pot luck. I'd never had rhubarb before, so I had no idea what it was supposed to look like or taste like, but this pie is good; a great balance of tart and sweet. I have a deep 9" dish, so I used all the sugar, added a little more fruit, 1 xtra T of flour, and one T of cornstarch for good measure. It was still a little runny, but not enough to keep it from being gobbled up. It didn't last 5 minutes!
