Broccoli Biscuit Squares
My husband normally can't stand anything resembling a casserole. However, he liked this so much that he asked me to put the leftovers in his lunchbox in the morning! I didn't have cheese on hand, so I omitted the cheese. I added three strips of chopped, crispy bacon to make up for the oils in the cheese. I also happened to have some refridgerated, ready made biscuts, so I pressed them into the bottom of the pan after buttering them instead of making biscut dough. I lightly buttered the top of the dough and sprinkled it liberally with salt and pepper before adding the meat and broccoli. Thanks for this super easy entree!

Glazed Ham
This ham was perfect! I made it for my work Christmas party last night, and out of a 13 lb. ham and 9 people, there is all of two pounds left. It was very sweet and smoky. I ran out of honey and used two tablespoons of molasses, and it was just awesome.

Cranberry Salad VI
My grandma used to make this every Christmas and Thanksgiving. I made it for the first time for Thanksgiving this year, and it was a big hit. However, I omit the mayo. It's not as shiny looking or as rich without it, but it is also lighter, fluffier, and slightly sweeter. I also double the whipped cream and use one 8 oz. can of whole berry and one 8 oz. can of jellied cranberry sauce.
