My mother cooked for living and taught me the importance of will balance diet. She would prepare a balance meal everyday for our family. She also made should we knew how to make like go a long way. I had only 2 sons, but there where times when they came home with 2 & 4 legged strays over the years. So I have been adopted by so many others that I have 12 grandchildren of only 5. All with their favorites things to be cooked on holidays. I'm always experimenting with new ideals for new recipes and looking for recipes. Have the time I make up new recipes but don't write them down for later. I believe a good cook, cooks with love and from the heart. Being able to prepare a meals for other enjoy gives my a warm feeling inside. (I remember sitting in a 24 hour Waffle House one and seeing a little man eating, everytime he would take bite his feet would just dance around now that was someone enjoying his meal.) I didn't cook, I had to smile seeing him enjoying himself.
