Wild Rice Stuffing Bake
I have made this twice now and everyone loved it, raved about it! I added cranberries both times for color but the flavor adds a nice touch too. It is so easy!

Mock Coconut Pie (Spaghetti Squash Pie)
Very good, of course we were all suprised. What a great way to get the kids to eat some squash. I told them after they ate it and they didn't believe me!

Best Whole Wheat Chocolate Chippers
Very good. We too have made this our new Chocolate Chip recipe. I made the full recipe, followed the directions to the letter, they are great. I have put more than half in the freezer to use for Christmas.
