Egg in a Hole
My son-in-law made these one night and I have loved them since then. They are easy but you get the egg and toast at the same time. Great for day or night.

Chess Pie III
I have tried this 2 different times and follow the instructions to a tee and still it takes over 1 hour for mine to get done. I have a new stove so I know the oven is correct.
