Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup
Delicious! I didn't puree it, instead I just made it like a stew. Everyone who tasted it thought it was great. Def will make again.

Pumpkin Bread IV
so delicious. I've never made pumpkin bread before and this turned out perfect. I made one large loaf and 2 dozen muffins to sell at a craft fair. They were the best seller of the day. Would definitly make again! The only changes I made in the recipe were I subtracted one egg and used an entire 28oz. can of pumpkin. yummy!
