Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
I LOVED this cheesecake! I made it for Thanksgiving and what a hit. I took the person's advice that used the pumkin pie filling instead of trying to get all the spices. This worked out really well but don't forget you have to bake it for about 30 min longer inorder for it to set. Also I suggest you pour more of the plain cheesecake in the crust before making the pumpkin layer. If not there isn't much of a contrast.
