Garlic Pita Bread Bites

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
These were great with some changes. I used olive oil instead of butter and I baked them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they were crispy and browning a little. The spices provided a nice flavor and they were delicious with the spinach and artichoke dip II I made from this site. Thanks!

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2008
All I have to say is AMAZING!!! I love this dip and like many others, it is definitely better than the kinds in restaurants. I did use sour cream instead of mayo and I omitted the basil. It is very rich and creamy and full of flavor. I made pita chips to dip in it. It doesn't get better than this! For a cheese lover, this is a dream come true! You must try it! Thanks so much for the post!!!

Stuffed Peppers for Two

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
I am not a huge fan of stuffed peppers, but I thought I would give it a try. These were delicious! My boyfriend and I both loved them. I made a few changes though. I didn't blanch the peppers before cooking them, I also used some left over chicken I had instead of ground beef. I added a can of tomatoes and I cooked the rice ahead of time. For extra flavor, I used a little feta cheese in my pepper. Since I didn't have to wait for any meat or rice to cook in the oven, it only took about 30-40 minutes until the cheese started to melt and it was heated through.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
I love this chicken!! I have made this several times already and have never been disappointed. I followed the recipe exactly, except a few times I used honey mustard, which made it sweeter (I actually liked it more this way). I cooked it in the oven at 375 for about 45 minutes. I also made chicken kabobs with green pepper, pineapple, and onion, which I loved! Regardless of how this is made, the taste is unbelievable!

Cheesy Potato Soup II

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
Yummmm! I am so glad I found this recipe. I love cheese and after having cheese soup at a local restaurant, I thought I would try making my own. This soup is even better than the restaurant one! I did make a few changes after reading some reviews. I used salted butter and substituted half the amount of water with chicken broth to give it some flavor. I also added some green onions on top instead of parsley. This one is definitely a keeper. Will make often! Thanks!

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2008
Amazing! My boyfriend who does not like deviled eggs loved these! I didn't add any hot sauce or paprika, but it still tasted great. Will make again and again. Thanks for the recipe!
