Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
great crust, easy to make. after i prepared it i put it in the fridge for about 6 hours as i wasn't baking until later that evening. took it out and let it warm up to room temp for about an hour. then pre-cooked the crust for about 5 mins before adding the toppings! came out delicious!
