Caramel Pecan Pie
MMMMmmmm... This is YUMMY. To be fair, I have a ridiculous sweet tooth, so the sugary goodness doesn't overpower my taste buds. It is very sweet though. I've been nibbling on a slice slowy. Like most other reviewers, I reduced the sugar to a half cup and increased the pecans a smidge. Overall, a very decadent desert for the less cavity prone of us. Thanks Corwynn!

Pepper-Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Chocolate-Port Sauce
We tried this last night with great success. I reduced the beef cooking time a minute per side, to only three minutes, which gave a perfect medium rare. The sauce was incredible! My boyfriend is still raving about the unique flavours. Highly recommended.

Peachy Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
I was looking for a creative way to use up a loaf of stale French bread and stumbled into this recipe. What a great find! We LOVED it. I made no changes other then to add an extra egg to the mix per another reviewers advice. I also added a few tbsp of heavy cream to the caramel sauce. Just a personal preference. It was FANTASTIC. Felt nice and homey, plus I got to use locally grown peaches in season these days. Thanks for sharing...
