Sweet and Savory Cheese Ball

Too salty and still not sure if I will serve it a the party I made it for. After tasting, I wanted to throw it away but a few mins later I wanted more...so who knows. I ate a few crackers more and seem to sort of like it...we'll see what the party people say....

I have a recipe that is similar and much better. I always make that one so when I saw this one I thought it wouldn't hurt to try. Well having the other one for so many years....I must say that it is so much better. Will not make again.

Red Skinned Potato Salad

Very good! I love potato salad and this is super simple easy recipe. I didn't add 2 cups mayo. I just added until everything was coated well. Forgot to add the bacon and it was great just on it's own but then went back and added it b/c that was the reason I choose this recipe. Thought the bacon was a good addition. I ended up buying "real bacon" bacon pieces (peppercorn) to make it faster. It was a great addition! Not sure I will spend the time to make the bacon next time since it was so good with the bacon bits! Thanks!! Will make again and again!

Mexican Pork Chops

Just made this for dinner! It was great! I seasoned the chops with Paula Deens House seasoning and seared on each side. Cooked the rice 3/4 was through before adding it to the rest of the mix. Also used rotel instead of stewed tomatoes and green chillies. Will make again soon! Thanks!

Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling

This was pretty good. I stuffed shells and covered with enchilada sauce and cheese. Baked in the oven for 15 mins @ 350. Think that next time I will cook up some onions and peppers with it.

Classy Green Bean Casserole

This is very good! I didn't have the french style so I used just plain green beans. I liked it better than the french style myself. I will use this for Thanksgiving for sure! Thank you for sharing.

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

I have made this so many times! I love it and everyone that has had it asked for the recipe! The key is to make sure that you don't over cook the chicken. If it is dry, it ruins the entire dish! I always add extra lime b/c I love the flavor. Thanks!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are GREAT! I just pulled them out of the oven and I'm in love! They make so many which is great! I freeze the dough on a cookie sheet until hard then pop them in a freezer bag for home made cookies any time I want! Thank you for the my new favorite recipe.
