About this Cook
Married for 9 years, have two children. My son is 7 and my daughter is 4. I am on the go all the time, and I work overnights part time at a lab in Baltimore.
My favorite things to cook
Anything quick and easy, I love to spend time on desserts though.

Quick and Easy Pancit
Was good but a bit dry I thought...will try again, making a few changes, and soaking noodles a bit longer.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Was very good and filling, though I cooked much longer than recommended. It fell apart in the cooker. I drained half of the broth off and then added the BBQ sauce and kept it in the slow cooker. Was awesome, though my hubby suggested adding a bit of hot sauce or jalapeno next time.

Greek Pasta with Tomatoes and White Beans
This was good, but it seemed to be lacking in something, and I have yet to figure out what. I tried drizzling a tiny bit of olive oil on the pasta before adding the sauce and this helped, but wasn't quite enough. Liked overall, but need to add a bit of something....
