I love to cook, but I'm single. My strategy is to make dinners for 4-6 people that can be frozen in single servings. That way I usually have a variety of different dinners to choose from every night. I'm also very fond of cheeses. I was the Cheese Specialist at a gourmet food store that carried 250-300 kinds of cheeses from all over the world; and taught cheese appreciation and cooking classes at a culinary school and for adult education program.
