Creamy Strawberry Crepes
These were out of this world good! If you are in the mood for a sweet treat, please make these. The "filling" is almost like a cream cheese frosting, after you fold in the whipped cream it is total fluffy sweetness. I threw in some blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries to the mix. So good.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
At first I was not going to use the spinach as called for in this recipe. I love spinach in all forms, however my dad and brother gag at the sight! But I decided to sneak it in there and they didn't even notice. Actually everyone in the household LOVED them...I got several compliments! I baked them instead of frying, that way I wouldn't feel so bad for smothering them in sour cream and avacados!

Roasted Turkey Legs
I made this recipe for Thanksgiving. My boyfriend didn't want to try it out, he's a whimp. So I just made mine with the sauce. He ended up wanting to eat mine! Go figure. just the way I like it, with the ends crunchy and flavored with sauce. It seemed to put a glaze with crunchy juiciness. I also ended up using the sauce on a pork roast, not as good as the turkey legs but still very moist.
