Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce
Delicious! I cut the asparagus into bite-size pieces for the kids and used rigatoni as we did not have pasta shells. This is a keeper!

Yogurt Parfait
This has become one of our favorite breakfasts. We substitute whatever berries or fruit we have on hand. Have had with blueberries and strawberries- very yummy!

Potato-Topped Chili Loaf
This was not my favorite dish, but that may be my own fault. I only had 1 lb. of ground beef instead of 1 1/2, but still used the same amounts of everything else. The chili powder was TOO MUCH for this much meat. I think I would have preferred it seasoned with taco seasoning instead. That was really the only thing that ruined it for me, so I'm giving it 4 stars.
