I love to try new healthy recipes, especially side dishes. During the summer I like to grow my own cherry tomatoes and cucumbers for salads. Gumbo-When the family gets together, we like to make a huge pot of shrimp and crab gumbo The Tilapia almondine is easy and delicious. My peanut butter fudge gets a lot of requests! Years ago I worked very hard to make a loaf of bread by hand, it took most of the day. Yuck, the ducks wouldn't even eat it!
