This is a great quick soup. I found that mine was a little watery, like it didn't blend well - I'm thinking I should have drained the tomatoes first. Overall great taste though. I traded one can of plain tomatoes for the some with jalapenos to add a little hot spice, oh and added some celery seed!

My family of four really loved this recipe. One even asked when I will make it again. Very yummy... My own review, I will probably cut down on the brown sugar a little, great flavor, just a tiny bit too sweet for me. Oh, and next time I think I'll do it in the crock pot - may help with keeping the meat moist and ready to fall apart! Served with garlic baked potato and a garden salad.

I added a little cayenne too - yummy, spicy and crunchy. It's gonna be hard to share! :)
