Hi! I have been cooking since I was very little, maybe even 2(helped mom of course) and I love it! I am currently a supervisory chef for Aramark. Things with a little more detail, but not necessarily more time. I love to make lasagna and manicotti, enchiladas, and casseroles. Oh, and good sandwiches! I enjoy making peanut butter balls, chex mix, and cut-out cookies for Christmas. I have entered multiple cooking competitions, mainly in breads,food preservation, and other baking. I have received several grand champion ribbons and a few plaques. I remember once when I was about 10 I made brownies but accidentally put twice the amount of oil it was supposed to have. It was a very greasy brownie. :-( But my dad said he liked it anyway. :-)
