I'm just me, fairly easy going and laid back. I get excited, though, when there's too many people in my kithen when I'm trying to cook! I will cook anything. I have been known to take requests from my mother and my grandmother. My cooking has stedily evolved from simple desserts to appetizers, desserts and everything in between. I love Rachael Ray and how easy she makes everything in the kitchen look! I don't have too many traditions. My triumphs are feeding people without sending anyone to the hospital! Ay-yi-yi.......I've had my share of tragedies!
