Kefir Dinner Rolls

I forgot two ingredients!!! - one egg yolk and 2-3 tbls oil! You can save the egg white to brush on tops of rolls before baking.

Uncle White's Bread Machine Rolls

I used this recipe to use up an abundance of homegrown/made kefir milk. The rise was phenomenal - I almost didn't want to make the dough into rolls! I did need to increase the milk to close to 1 and 1/4 cups as another reviewer also did. My dough just looked too dry. I used the muffin tin for single rolls (will try clover ones next time). And I rubbed a cold stick of butter on top when they were done baking. Yummy! I will make again.

one of our regular recipes - I serve it with brown rice and green beans (and rolls sometimes). The gravy makes the brown rice not taste so healthy - ;)

Very moist, would definetly not use as much oil next time though. I was out of applesauce at the time. If I make these again, I will use applesauce for 1/2 the oil.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

I did as other reviews suggested and increased wheat flour by 1/2 cup and decreased white flour by 1/2. I also added a little extra sweetner. DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL!

I let mine rise for 1-2 hours before I roll it out and also I play around with the flour and water amounts (sometimes use way less of both and/or eliminate the wheat flour)

Best Bread Machine Bread

Followed instructions to the "T" and it looked and smelled gorgeous! It was a dry spongy bread though. If I try again, I will use light bread setting. The texture just wasn't to my liking though.

Burgundy Stroganoff

I love this recipe. Of course, I had to modify it. I used a Cabernet and not burgundy. I also used pre-cut beef stew meat. And instead of beef broth, I used bouillon cubes. I basically eye-balled this one and didn't follow the measurements exactly. Super-tasty. Just like my Mom's.
