Oven Fried Chicken III
This was AWESOME with a few minor modifications.
1 cup mayo was too much......start with 1/2-3/4C and add more if you need to.
I added onion powder to the bread crumb mix and seasoned salt and pepper to the mayo.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour on a rack to insure crispness.
