I made a Sleeping Beauty Cake for my daughter's 5th birthday. I can't believe how easy it was! I used the doll cake recipe from the Pampered Chef website, tinted some frosting, added a cake topper and some candy pearls and voila, beautiful cake!

My easter menu is simple, it consists of some of my family's favorite foods. Ham, of course, Southern As You Can Get Collard Greens, Whipped Sweet Potato Bake, and Skillet Potatoes with Bacon and Cheddar. For dessert I am going to attempt to make Cadbury Creme Brul'egg.
