Chicken Soup III

This is a great chicken soup recipe. We substituded dried chives for the parsley and the minced onion. We like garlic and added three cloves of fresh garlic. Excellent!

Hot and Sour Chicken and Cabbage Soup

We had a pot of cooked down chicken stock leftover and used it for this recipe. We got some chinese cabbage on sale for the soup and it transformed into a delightful dish. Our whole family liked it, thanks!

Green Tomato Relish

Our growing season was about 6 weeks late here in Colorado this year which left us with a lot of green tomatoes. This recipe is fantastic!

Alfredo Sauce

This recipe is spectacular! We used this as the base for our Chicken Alfredo and our family thought it was the best they have ever had, hands down. We tried 1/2 Parmesan and 1/2 Reggiano it and was excellent!

Super Fajita Marinade

This fajita marinade is awesome. Our family loved it. I agree with letting the meat marinade for 24 hours. Excellent!

Southern California Cioppino

Salsa

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

We love this chili recipe. We omit the cayenne pepper, hot pepper sauce, and chili peppers to keep it a little more mild for our kids. Great recipe!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

We made this recipe the other night and our family loved it. We left out the bay leaf since it didn't sound appealing. Also, we used Limousin beef. Excellent!
