Sugary Orange Peel
If you use a potato peeler the skin will come off easily without the white part. They might not be strips but they are just as good.

Pesto Polenta Lasagna
I instead of marinara sauce I used the same amount of Alfredo sauce and added 1/2 Cup of grated parmigiano reggiano. Marinara doesn't marry pesto very well.

Panettone I
Instead of vanilla extract add "Fiori di Sicilia" extract. That is the true flavor of panettone . You can find it through King Arthur Flour.com. I also used 1/2 cup of sugar and 5 cups of flour.
