Corn Casserole III
I added a little Italian flavor. A tsp. dried rosemary and 1/2Cup of grated Grana Padano Cheese.

Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiche
I cut down on the fat using canadian bacon and instead of 12 eggs I used 6 eggs and egg substitute for the other 6.Not bad.
