Stuffed Butternut Squash
This was so good! I used lentils with a bouillon cube instead of garbanzo beans and I added onions and 2x the garlic. The flavor of this dish was amazing! Maybe my squash was gigantic but this made 4 servings for me!

Roasted Chickpeas
I both followed the recipe and added the spices before roasting and I did a batch where I added them after. The pres-easoned beans did get a little soggy but they also absorbed more flavor. Alas, I burned both batches after only 35min.
