Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)
Excellent recipe! These took about 10 minutes to make and then we were able to save have the dough for the next day (we just put it in the fridge). They were delicious!

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting
This is my first review but this recipe was so easy and good that I had to share two things. First, the 1lb confectioners sugar is 4 cups. Second, I followed others suggestions and used 1/2 milk (instead of 3/4 cup) and it set up perfectly. This frosting turned out excellent!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
We followed the suggestion to Bake the sweet potatoes and it turned out excellent. We had a joined Thanksgiving dinner with some friends and everyone wanted the recipe. It was easy and delicious!
