Since I was 7yrs. my mom will get a stool and ask me to help her stir the Fideos(noodles) to make her soup. I think that's how I started liking cooking. I really enjoy spending time creating new ways of changing traditional mexican dishes. Chicken Mole-Tamales- fried Cornishen-Tortas-Birria. In my husband family 5 generations has been cooking underground Birria. (Goat meat) as a family restaurant business, it has take me 25years in mastering the recipe. (Sorry but this recipe I can't share is not mine). My dad had a taco stand. He was famous in town for his Tacos de Cabeza. He used to make this delicious green tomatillo salsa just for his Tacos. There is a couple of recipes, you will be the judge! Pies are my biggest challenge!
