I'm a teacher during the school year. In the summers I run a racetrack. I'm especially interested in recipes that use fresh herbs. I sell fresh herbs at the local farmer's market, and need good recipes to use up the herbs that don't sell. The women in our family cook in the German and Italian style. I once cooked seven cheesecakes, all different, for a special party I held for the teens I used to work with. Two cheesecakes were "vegan" which my fussy vegetarian teens loved. Once cooked a turkey in a pot I had used to dye some jeans blue. Yes, the turkey turned out blue!
