Eclair Cake
So quick and simple the kids can help you make it. Excellent when cooled overnight. Everyone loved it's simple, delicious flavor.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Wonderful, tasty, easy to make. I make two of these at a time and put one in the freezer for a quick meal another night. Great recipe - even the kids loved it.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
Absolutely fantastic. I use the alfredo sauce with fire roasted red peppers and it gives it a nice little zip on the flavor. Excellent recipe.
