Easy Chicken Tetrazzini
Everyone from kids to great-grandmother loved the results of this recipe! It was easy, too! I used the mushroom/cream of chicken combo, and the chicken cooking water, although about 3/4C. less than called for, as it seemed soupy rather than saucy when mixing. The cheese topping is a nice touch, and whatever you have on hand or prefer can be substituted...I have not had mozzarella, and think that would be good though perhaps bland. The cheddar I used both times I made this, added zing.

Another Pork Chop Casserole
This was a definite hit with my family, with a few 'on hand' alterations; I substituted canned New Whole Potatoes, well drained, for the tots, and whole green beans, drained, for the french cut. Dilled Sour Cream was used instead of the plain, and also cream of mushroom soup for celery. So many substitutes, it may qualify as a new recipe, but I give the author all the credit for the initial assemblage! Thank you very much!

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
Easiest and BEST! I used crushed Club Crackers for the crumbs one time in a pinch...and it was especially good. A favorite in our family.
