Easier Chicken Marsala
This recipe is so tasty and so easy to cook. My family ate every bite and begged for more. I did use more marsala (1 cup) and added corn starch to thicken the sauce. It was wonderful! Thanks so much for this delicious recipe.

Country Pumpkin Muffins
Wow! These are the best pumpkin muffins. I made a few modifications. I used 2 cups of white flour 1 cup of whole wheat flour. 1 cup white sugar 1/2 c brown sugar 1/2 c. Splenda. I added 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (due to picky children that won't eat raisins or nuts of any kind). They turned out very light and fluffy and had a wonderful pumpkin flavor. Great recipe! Thanks so much!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
I love this recipe! I make it all the time. I would suggest adding a can of refried beans to make the soup thicker, and using Ro-Tel to spice it up. Thanks for the post.
