Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein
Fantastic, my MeatandPotatoes kind of Husband loves this. So easy, and cheap to make! I used TOASTED sesame oil instead of olive oil, and threw in some garlic while "frying" the tofu. FANTASTIC!!!

Dill Pickle Soup
Fantastic! This soup was wonderful with our mini burgers. I did add a little extra pickle and juice, because I looove dill pickles.

Hummus III
I did not care for this. I think that canned beans create a very chunky texture, it should be smooth. And it's about 1/2 cup shy on the tahini.
