Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry
This didn't go over too well with the men in the family...maybe because of its presentation? I would suggest cutting the cabbage in larger chunks, and adding some more spices, as it was pretty bland.

Calabacitas Con Queso - Zucchini with Cheese
I could not believe this didn't call for any spices -- and it didn't need any! This was a hit, and very healthy at the Mexican-themed dinner I went to.

Broccoli with Lemon Butter Sauce
I would maybe add a little less cajun if you have sensitive guests...but it was good, and easy!
