Blackened Green Beans
This is a Southern dish...never heard of it called Blackened Green Beans, though. I make it for my husband whenever we have fresh green beans (which will be today). We usually add new potatoes to the beans while cooking and have a terrific side dish. It could almost be a meal it is so filling. We LOVE it!!!

Big Smokey Burgers
Just made these today. Scaled the recipe for 2 burgers. They were tasty and had a nice after bite from the chipotle. My husband said he liked it, but thought the texture was more like a meatloaf. Probably because of the liquids added that made the burger a bit loose. Probably would not make again.

Pork Marinade
I pretty much cut the recipe in half (only needed enough for 1/2 rack of ribs) but omitted the white sugar and substituted mango juice for the pineapple juice. Yummy! Am marinating the ribs as I write, but know they are going to be fab. Will let you know. Also, am going to use about 1/3c. of the marinade (not used on the meat) and add some olive oil to make a salad dressing. May use it over green salad or cuke salad or cole slaw. Should be awesome! Thanks for the recipe.
