Black-Eyed Pea Chowder
Very tasty. I added a bit of garlic powder, salt and pepper. I cooked everything with fresh ingredients, and used dried peas.

Vegetarian Sweet and Sour Meatballs
It was very good. The meat balls were a bit too salty, and the sauce was a bit too sweet. A good start for experimenting with veggie meat balls.

Pasta Primavera
My first primavera....although I overcooked the veggies and had too much sauce and no basil, it turned out pretty good. I will add some half/half next time and cook the veggies more quickly to keep them crisp.
