Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV
EXCELLENT COOKIES! I made these for my boyfriend for Valentines day (they're his favorite) and he ABSOLUTELY LOVES them! I followed another reviewers advice and added 1 extra tsp. of baking soda, 1 tsp. of baking powder and 1/2 tsp. of salt. I also added an 1 extra tsp. of cinnamon for an added yummy factor. I usually don't like raisins much but having soaked them before hand made them a little softer and I enjoyed them very much in these cookies. Everyone who has tried them has LOVED them! Thank you for the wonderful recipe, we will be baking a lot more of these in the future!
