About this Cook
I've always loved cooking. I can remember when I'd stay at my dads house on the weekends and he'd be tired so I'd make dinner; always a favorite thing to do. Whether it be doctoring up ramen noodles or making something from scratch.
My favorite things to cook
I love working with potatoes and rice. Soups and/or stews are probably what I tend to make most often, but I love fiddling around with casseroles.

Campfire Stew
Really good. I biffed when I went to the grocery and forgot to get the vegetable beef soup, so instead decided to put in an additional can of tomato soup and also a can of chili beans. It was great mix between vegetable stew and chili. My step-dad, who is a very picky eater, loved it and went back for seconds. I also added 1/4 cup milk and ate it with fritos. This is definitely something I will be making again. Cheap, quick, easy and delicious. [=
