Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Super tasty. I left out the cloves, and added a little extra cinnamon, and also added extra pumpkin, grated carrots, raisins, and shredded coconut. Next time I'll leave out the chocolate chips, too, just to make them a little healthier. My very picky 5-year-old and husband love them for both breakfast and dessert.
