Whipped Cream Biscuits

very very good and simple, almost perfect! just added some splenda to the mixture and it turned out perfect. one suggestion, convert the whipped cream as stated to unwhipped whipping cream, using same volume stated. it turns out perfect. advise to bake at 200 degree C for around 12 min, flipping it over once. i also added some chocolate and raisins at the top, boy that tasted wonderful. easiest cookie i evr made, and tell u guys, i will make this whenever i feel like a quick snack. it takes less than 20 min to wrap the whole thing up:) TRY it, its like a soft cake which is moist and very 'tender'.

New York Cheesecake III

oh gosh, this is THE best cheesecake i have eaten. the consistency is perfect. i followed every instruction, except to replace half sugar with splenda, makes totally no difference at all. You must try it and you will never gaze in wonder at the cheesecakes sold in highend restaurants, because u can easily make them. Will definitely make them again and again and again until i get sick of cheesecake:)

great! its as good as those served in high end restaurants. for healthier choice, i substituted wll sugar for artificial sweetner, and the calories per serving dropped to 200! try it.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

excellent recipie, turned out just like pizza hut pizza crust!!! YUM, alhtough it was messy but very well worth the effort. I just found a little problem with dough being slightly oversticky and hard to roll out, so i just place the whole dough into the pan and 'punched' dough flat. it turned out great, dont even worry about sides being too thick, it will just become the nice and fluffy!!! thanks for uploading:) will use this whenever i bake pizza. However it u are someone who like crispy and hard crust, this is not something you should try.

Cookie in a Jar

great recipe:) i made some changes though, replaced the white sugar with some instant some instant cereals and it turned out with an extra touch of aroma, very nice:) replaced margarine with butter and turned out great too. one prob i had is that the flip side of the cookie was still uncooked after 12 min, so i suggest cooking it at 150 degrees celsius for abour 12-15 min, should be better, if u like it slightly burnt, turn up the temp towards the end:) thanks, this recipe is very versatile and easy to follow! will defnitely make this again

Day Before Pay Day Fried Rice

thanks, it was really nice. ANyway, i made some changes to the recipe as follows. i added in the raw egg to the cooked rice instead of cooking it in the beginning. i added some chopped curry chicken instead and boy that aroma filled my kitchen.

Sweet Potato Pound Cake

this cake was brilliant!!!just have to ensure the heat is slightly lower cause mine was slightly burnt. BUt nevertheless, it was GREAT!!! you dont necessary have to use fresh sweet potato, overnight or left over ones will do too, i used overnight fried sweet potato and it still turned out brilliant!!! Thx!!!

Heavenly Shortbread

Oh my gosh, this is THE best shortcake i have tried before. i mean i just started baking last week and now i feel like a professional already!!! thank you so much, it was a great hit. Even my mom who dont normally fancy sweet stuff said is was FABULOUS!!! will definitely make somemore. thank you!!!
