Once when I was 18 or so, I made my mother's meatloaf like I had done thousands of times before...I took it out of the oven and set it on the burner of the stove. A few minutes later it exploded! It was a glass pan and somehow I forgot that the burner was still on! My family and I still laugh about it to this day. =0)
