It wasn't as bad as it looked. I served it over brown rice. I was even asked for the recipe.

It was a hit with the guys even without the meat! The next day, I mixed the leftovers with Salsa and served it with tortilla chips.

My husband loves these! He normally doesn't think it's a real meal unless it has meat in it, but he requests these for dinner twice a month! Thanks!
