Heather's Healthy Oatmeal Surprises
Wow! I had to get rid of the cookies because my husband and I were eating them ALL THE TIME! They are amazing. You can't tell that they are whole wheat. We added softened raisins instead of chocolate chips. It was wonderful. They would be great with dried fruits and nuts. Next time I make them, I am bringing them to a party. They are definetly tasty enough to bring and that way, my hubby and I won't eat all of them ourselves. I did have to add a little more flour than the recipe called for. Could be because of the wet raisins, or the dryness of my whole wheat flour.

Chocolate Cheese Frosting
This is an awesome recipe! I have tried several other chocolate frosting recipes and they were either too sugary or bitter. The cream cheese keeps it from being too sweet (doesn't taste like confectioners sugar) and gives it an amazing texture. I used melted baker's chocolate, and it was great in this recipe. I'll be using this for many cakes to come.

Buttermilk Pancakes II
the batter was stunning! It tasted better than any box mix I have ever done. After I cooked them, I found that they didn't have the strong flavor that the batter had. They were fluffy, and the recipe was HUGE. I probably won't make these again, unless I figure something out.
