Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
Very good. I used turkey sausage to make it healthier. I found that not much sausage was needed to infuse the flavor throughout the soup.

Indian Tomato Chicken
Very, very good. I used about 1.5 chicken breasts, but next time I'll use 2. Super healthy and I served it over brown rice with spices! Yum. Medium spicey-ness. Serve with yogurt if too spicey.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This is amazing. I don't like fish, so this dish is perfect for me. the tangyness of the sause and t he creaminess are perfect. Make sure you have a big enough pan to do the amount of fish it calls for. I also double the sause.
