Spinach Enchiladas

Butter Chickpea Curry
This was delicious! The only change I made was canned tomatoes for the tomato soup. Will make this again because even my meat & potato hubby loved it!

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops
Followed recipe to a "T" but broiled them since my grill ran out of propane. Hubby devoured them.
