Stews, spaghetti w/meat sauce, casseroles, pancakes, waffles,
macaroni and cheese, beefmac, beans, Spanish rice and more.

In New Mexico, people eat a lot of Mexican food. I can cook
enchiladas, green chile stew, burritos. Don't eat too much of it
because it gives me heartburn.
