Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men
We loved this recipe, I made some minor variations to suit my two-year-old's taste (less cloves, more cinnamon) and these cookies barely even made it to frosting. The dough was very easy to work with and the cookies even stayed just a little chewy until the next day, awesome.

Holiday Pumpkin Cake with Rum-Cream Cheese Glaze
I didn't think that this recipe turned out very well, and I followed all the directions. I will keep looking for my go to pumpkin cake recipe.

Peanut Butter Bars II
I thought this recipe was really good, but it was missing one thing, MORE PEANUT BUTTER!!!
