About this Cook
I'm just entering late 30's. I have three children that keep me busy. I volunteer in a PTO presidency and donate any extra time to humanitarian work for our church. I love book work and busy work as I do have a degree in accounting. My husband is self-employed and I assist him day to day.
My favorite things to cook
Any baked items but not cheese cakes. I have never had luck making a cheese cake that didn't just taste like eggs.
My cooking triumphs
I make the best chocolate chip cookies. All of my brother in laws love them.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad
Great basis to start with but made changes based on other reviews. I use 3 stalks of brocolli, a whole package of bacon, increased mayo as suggested, 3 splashes red wine vinager, no lemon juice, only 1 tsp. pepper, about 1/3 cup sugar. I also threw in a handfull of sliced almonds. I guess I should write my own recipe because I dilike when others do this but I want to give the credit to this submitter. I took it to my sons scout dinner and everyone LOVED it. thanks.
